This solution only applies to vehicles that where built with a Bulkhead Module (BHM).
Issue
As of April of 2016 production vehicles using BHMs where updated with new SPN/FMI codes. As part of this release, 7 fault codes were duplicated and the SPN description does not match the actual problem. This only applies to SPNs 524280 thru 524286 with the FMI 7.&nbs

M2, 108SD, and 114SD vehicles with:
Model years 2016 and earlier
Most of these vehicles were built before 2016 OBD requirements went into effect
There may be exceptions for the following:
Export vehicles
Vehicles with engines not subject to 2016 OBD requirements (example: natural gas engine)

Applicable VehiclesAll vehicles equipped with a bulkhead module (BHM).SymptomsScenario 1: Technician updates the Features in ServiceLink, then Flashes the BHM, while in "connected Online" mode (see attachment below). This has been confirmed to put the BHM in "Boot Block" (the programming / flashing attempt fails and will not allow you to reattempt).May also be seen as ServiceLink Error
