Returns Policy

 

At Duaparts, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please read our return policy below for more information: 

  1. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

  2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team either by phone or email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  3. All returns must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. Any parts that have been installed or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return.

  4. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.

  6. We do not accept returns on special order or custom-made parts. Electrical parts, open kits, cut to size hoses and clearance items are not eligible for return.

  7. If the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong part shipped, defective part), we will cover all shipping costs associated with the return.

  8. We reserve the right to refuse returns for any reason, including but not limited to instances where the part has been modified or customized.

  9. If you received free shipping on your order and you choose to return an item(s), the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  10. Please note that refunds will not be issued for items that are damaged due to improper installation, abuse, or neglect.
