Symptoms
PTO grinding noise during operation
Issue
When vehicle is in PTO operation, a parameter (emergency mode) may be incorrectly set allowing the PTO to try to re-engage while in operation.
Solution
If encountering PTO grinding during operation, check the sSAM for the PTO position (screen print example will be for PTO1) programming for Assumed Feedback After x seconds. The parameter should be set to 10s. Make sure the setting applies to the PTO being programmed PTO1, PTO2 or PT03.
